CSDC assisted with the project financing and led the design and construction of the elementary school facility. Fast-tracked construction schedule in nine (9) month construction duration and on-schedule delivery. Project contingency is used to fund add-alternates and to reimburse school client for FF&E and IT related direct costs. Delivered “Phase 1” elementary school and KIPP Nashville has subsequently engaged CSDC to manage a “Phase 2” middle school project on the same campus that is currently under construction.
