The project involved the adaptive reuse of a former Macy's Department store in a large shopping mall, with Phase I including the building out of 12 classrooms, 6 breakout rooms, 5 administrative spaces, restrooms, and a multipurpose area with two lobby/reception areas.
As a result, the project provided a quick response to failed external financing by executing the existing purchase and development contracts.
Charter Schools Development Corporation (CSDC) supports quality school choice for underserved students by developing and financing affordable charter school facilities.
