• Phase I-Renovation one story (87,500 sq. ft.) of an existing two-story retail department store.
• Added new MEP systems/roof and the build-out of classrooms, administrative spaces and a full service kitchen.
• Phase II-Renovation of second story (70,000) to build out additional classrooms to accommodate the middle school students and provide additional administrative space.

Secured New Markets Tax Credit financing and assembled a project team that delivered the renovations in 9 months and generated cost savings that enabled the school to fund kitchen equipment.
