Ground up construction on 7.5 acres, which included a combination of brick and mortar and modular unit classrooms, providing 25,000 to provide 15 classrooms, administrative offices, and a multipurpose room for indoor meals and activities.

Initial development and construction to support a slow growth model school. Two additional phases of development and construction are anticipated in the next 5 years.

In less than two years of operations the school made such a significant impact on the San Antonio neighborhood where it’s located, it drew the attention and support of many national CDFIs. This financing support enabled the school to exercise its purchase option and acquire the facility from CSDC in February 2022.
