Building Block Fund

The Building Block Fund helps charter schools obtain leases and loans by acting as a "co-signer" for the school's payment obligations.  As the largest guaranty program of its kind, the Building Block Fund provides the financial backing charter schools  need to secure educational facilities at an affordable cost.

Indianapolis Building Block Fund

The Indianapolis Building Block Fund works exclusively with charter schools sponsored by the Mayor of Indianapolis and offers credit enhancements for capital financing (tenant improvements, acquisition, renovation or construction) and leases.

Direct Lending

CSDC Direct

CSDC Direct offers a variety of loan products that provide charter schools -  especially new schools with little or no operating or credit history, and those serving low-income communities - with affordable financing options for the acquisition, construction, renovation and expansion of educational facilities.

Mountain West Charter Schools Fund

The Mountain West Charter Schools Fund is a separate fund within CSDC Direct  that provides financing to charter schools located in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming.
