CSDC Receives Fifth Federal Credit Enhancement GrantSeptember 01, 2015

CSDC is one of three organizations receiving grant awards under the U.S. Department of Education's Credit Enhancement for Charter Schools Facilities Program (Credit Enhancement). The three grants total more than $14 million which will enable the organizations to work across the country to help public charter schools obtain or access financing for facilities and related capital improvements. CSDC announced today that it will use its $5 million grant to serve charter schools in both rural and urban communities.

Each year, the U.S. News and World Report ranks more than 21,000 public high schools in 50 states and the District of Columbia. Schools are awarded gold, silver or bronze medals based on their performance on state assessments and how well they prepare students for college.
