Rebecca Secrest, Vice President
Rebecca Secrest, CSDC's Vice President, is primarily responsible
for lease administration and property management for the Turnkey
Development Program's east coast projects. Rebecca also
performs the role of project manager on certain facilities
development projects, from initial underwriting, credit
analysis and predevelopment through closing and project completion.
She acts as a liaison between CSDC and its charter school
clients, commercial banks and landlords. Rebecca is also the
Assistant Corporate Secretary of CSDC, working closely with the
President and Board of Directors.
Prior to joining CSDC in 2006, Rebecca worked in the financial
industry in both the fixed income and equity sides of the industry.
After leaving the financial industry, she focused her career on
marketing as the primary Marketing Coordinator for a transportation
Rebecca received her MBA through the University of Maryland's
Executive Program and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing /
Communication from the University of Pittsburgh.
